Ron Erak, Pres & Executive Producer

Ron founded GMI in 1989. He has been in many facets of the media business for over 25 years.

As an award winning writer, producer, programmer and composer, he has produced thousands of jingles for radio stations, national radio shows like Delilah, Bloomberg, Lia and Graham Kerr {The Galloping Gourmet}.

Rich Germaine, VP & Gen Mgr

Rich joined GMI as a partner in 2000. His background includes experience as a GM, PD and Sales Director in Radio and Cable. Rich has also work in film, TV and advertising.

Rich's radio career has also included stints on the air with KFOG San Franciso as well as KIRO and KPLU Seattle.
